INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS
- Oral/Video/Poster presentations are invited from registered delegates on the theme topics. Last date for submission of abstract in triplicate to FOGSI office with a copy to Conference Secretariat is Sep. 30th 2007.
- Pre-requisites
for Free Communications
• Presenting author must be a registered delegate
• Must be a member of an affiliated society of FOGSI - Send the abstract as e-mail to the conference secretariat before 30th September 2007 so that it can be included in the Conference Proceeding. The full text may be submitted to the FOGSI office as well as Conferences Secretariat as hard copy and CD before November 2007.
- Poster Presentation : Poster size not to exceed 100x100 cms.
- Oral/Video presentations are limited to 8 minutes.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reproduce the presentations made during the conference in print or electronic media.
- Detailed information is available on AICOG 2008 website as regards registration, online registration, abstract form submission, booking of accommodation , tours and travels and downloading forms.
