4) Medical Nomenclature / Norms, Research, Records Committee
5) Ethics & Medico Legal Committee
6) Infertility Committee

Kindly send your nomination / nominations in the prescribed nomination form provided by FOGSI office in prepaid envelope provided, before the deadline.

Any nomination received in other than the prescribed form and in prepaid envelope made available by the FOGSI will be treated as invalid, null and void ab-initio.
