Professor & Head of a Unit in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at AIIMS, New Delhi. Working as faculty at AIIMS for past more than 19 years.
Editor of Asian Journal of Obstetrics & Gynaecology Practice, Member Editorial Board of 4 Journals.

More than 326 Guest lectures at CME/workshops/conferences all over the country including live demonstration of operative hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in workshops.
External Examiner:
For MBBS, DGO & MD examinations all over India. Including Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, U.P. and Himachal Pradesh Universities. Appointed Inspector by MCI & NBE, UGC.

Gynaecological endoscopy, Reproductive endocrionology, High risk pregnancy.
Awards:
- Awarded many Gold Medals including 1st position in all 3 MBBS examinations and Pfizer scroll of honour & Best research awards including CL Jhaveri prize by FOGSI (1995), K P Tamaskar Award by FOGSI (2002), Dr. N. Agarwal Gold Medal by AOGD (1999), J Mishra prize by FOGSI (2006).
- Recipient of various fellowships and awards including honorary membership and fellowship: Ad eundem FRCOG by Royal College London, FAMS, FICOG FICMCH, FIMSA . Awarded DMA Medical Teachers’ award 2005, Rashtriya Gaurav Award 2007.
