The Managing Committee of FOGSI with the approval of the General Body at their meetings on September 25 – 26, 2010 approved the formal announcement and selection of the FOGSI Website Committee.

The constitution of the FOGSI Website Committee will be as follows:

• Website Management Committee
  • President
  • Secretary General
  • Deputy Secretary General
  • Senior Vice President
  • Treasurer
  • Website Coordinator
  • Joint Website Coordinators – Two
  • Website Secretary
  • Website National Editors – Eight
• Website Advisory Committee
  • Past President – Three
  • Past Website Coordinator - One

We hereby invite applications for the following positions:

• Joint Website Coordinators – Two
• Website Secretary – One
• Website National Editors – Eight

You are requested to convey the following information to FOGSI members interested in serving the FOGSI Website.

• Last date for submitting applications - October 31, 2010.
• All FOGSI members will be eligible to apply for the invited posts.
• Selection will be undertaken by the office bearer members of the website committee based on the applicant's credentials, interest and attitude.
• The allotment of positions will be decided by the office bearer members of the website committee.
• Applications must be accompanied by the candidates C.V. in the format provided below.

The FOGSI website is successfully working towards fulfilling its role as an interface between FOGSI and its members. We also have further plans of expansion into a general trusted resource in obstetrics and gynecology in the immediate future.
