FOGSI-Late Dr. Pravin Mehta Training Fellowship in Laparoscopy 2013

One Award :

Award consists of Rs. 30,000/- cash to Awardee & training for three months at FOGSI – recognised Endoscopy Centre without any charges plus training certificate.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Age-30-40 years.
• Degree-MD / DNB / DGO (Ob-Gyn.)
• Should be a FOGSI Member.
• Preferably from Rural area
• Should be nominated by respective Society.
• Complete Biodata with Photograph.
• No Awardee can apply again for the same Award.

Seven copies of the application must reach FOGSI office before 31st July, 2013.
