FIGO has invited nominations to its committee members.

We have to send one nomination for each Committee before 31st March’ 2025. The following committees are open for nominations. Each member can apply only for one committee.

6. Climate Change and Toxic Environmental Exposures 2025-2027
7. Women Facing Crisis: Human Rights, Refugees and Violence Against Women 2023-2025
8. Women’s Cancer 2025-2027

In the following FIGO committees, we already have FOGSI members, hence these committees are not for nomination.

3. Reproductive Medicine, Endocrinology and Infertility 2025-2027
4. Childbirth and PPH 2025-2027
5. Preterm Birth 2025-2027
6. Impact of Pregnancy 2025-2027
7. Ethical Aspects of Human Reproduction and Women’s Health 2025-2027
8. Menstrual Disorders and Related Health Impacts Committee 2025-2027

Those who are interested may please send their application on e-mail at office@fogsi.org . The applications will be scrutinised by the current office bearers, on the basis of previous work done in the committee’s scope of work in FOGSI and work done in international organisations, specifically FIGO.

Applications should reach FOGSI office by 22nd March’ 2025 by 2:00 pm to be considered. Although FOGSI will nominate one person per committee, the final decision on the membership of the Committee will rest with FIGO.
