• This award is given to the FOGSI Committees for work conducted and reported.
• Applications with relevant attested documents and reports should be sent to FOGSI office.
• Applications in Soft Copymust be submitted to the FOGSI Office on or before July 31.
• Awardee will felicitate with a Gold Plated Memento & Certificate.
• Awardee will not be eligible to apply again.
