FOGSI Imaging Science Award (2 Awards)
Applications are invited from the desirous members. Direct applications will not be considered. All the applications should be duly endorsed by the President or Secretary of the local Society.
Criteria’s are as Follows:
- Applicant’s age should be less than 40 years (Proof of age should be submitted).
- Should be a member of FOGSI for the last 5 years (Certified true copy of the Society’s Certificate to be attached).
- Should have contributed to FOGSI and Local Society (Proof attached).
- Should have publications on Obst.-Gyn. Imaging (Proof attached).
- Awardee will not be eligible to apply again.
Award: Cheque of Rs.2,000/- + Certificate for each.
Last Date: The soft copy of application should send on or before July 31.
