We are delighted and extremely proud to announce

The FOGSI president Nandita Palshetkar’s WONDER FOGSIAN award for the year 2019!!!

It’s our pleasure to honour all the talented hidden treasures of FOGSI through this forum. It’s our pleasure to honour any of our FOGSI members irrespective of the category of societies they belong to., irrespective of whether they are an office bearer or not in this year., whatever it may be if you are a FOGSI member and if you have done your contribution to FOGSI and if you feel proud about it write to us!!!!

This award is for identifying and honouring silent backstage FOGSIANs

The president secretary and treasurers of the society should identify them and make them apply for it!!!!!

The format goes as follows

  1. Name of the doctor
  2. Society name
  3. FOGSI membership number
  4. Date of birth
  5. Signature of president and secretary of respective society

A signature from president and secretary of your society after cross checking your filled up application is sufficient.

Come forward in large numbers. More than 50 wonder FOGSIAN awards and 25 young Turks (age less than 35) awards are waiting for our eligible members.

The last date for applying for the Wonder FOGSIAN award and Young Turk FOGSI Award would be September 30/2019
